According to the verdict the CNSAS (National Council for Research on the Communist Secret Service Archive) reached a few months ago, judge Aspazia Cojocaru, a member of the Constitutional Court in Romania, was involved in political police activities.
Cozmin Gusa, a leader of the National Initiative Party, has claimed that Constitutional Court judge Kozsokar Gabor was a member of the ex Securitate (Communist Secret Service in Romania) too.
Such information on the two judges, who in the last two years and a half have always had views different from their colleagues', has emerged just when the Court is to reach verdict on the report regarding the suspension of the Romanian President, authored by Conservative Voiculescu's committee.
