Peter the Great's will in the 2008 version
Peter the Great's will is undoubtedly one of the best known fakes in history. It consists in three different texts which can be read in the Quai d'Orsay archive. All of them were written in the 1790s and they are described as "cheat of Polish inspiration", very convenient for serving the interests of the sleeping partner who seemed to be Napoleon himself.

Ally of Ilie Botos may replace Daniel Morar
Romania's justice minister Catalin Predoiu proposed yesterday that Monica Serbanescu, formerly an adviser of Romania's ex general attorney Ilie Botos, should take over the DNA (National Anti-Corruption Department) instead of the same Daniel Morar.
