Parliament of Europe supports Romania and Bulgaria
Strasbourg MEPs adopted resolution yesterday supporting the idea that Romania and Bulgaria should get EU membership in January 1, 2007. The report got vote majority and it will be on the summer agenda of the Council of Europe, as the reunion is opening today in Brussels.

Opposition parties point to political interference in Justice
Romanian Justice minister Monica Macovei said in front of Romanian MPs yesterday that at the moment the CSM (Superior Council of Magistrates) lacked the institutional capacity to deal with all their attributions. Constantinescu launched elite forum
