Ticu waits for meeting with Basescu
Constantin Ticu Dumitrescu has decided to stay in the CNSAS (National Council for Research on the Communist Secret Service Archive), but he is waiting for a meeting with Romanian president Traian Basescu, which the SRI (Romanian Secret Service) head Radu Timofte should also attend. We can't treat Ion Iliescu as a common party member. The fact that he is standing by the PSD (the Social-Democrat Party) doesn't mean he heads the Social-Democrats.
