Government passed methodology to pay damages to ex owners
The Romanian government passed yesterday the new methodology on criteria to decide on damages to be paid to ex owners whose properties could not be restituted as such. The new rules set details about damages to be paid, in keeping with Law 247/ 2005 on property and Justice reform.
