"Judge Nicolas Bonnal, with his hallmark two-day beard and looking like he just took off his motorcycle helmet, threw the 2nd Al Dura case out of court today,
... delivering a blow to the aggressive lawsuit strategy of Charles Enderlin, the France 2 Jerusalem correspondent who produced the Al-Dura news report in collaboration with a Palestinian stringer.
Enderlin has sued for DEFAMATION several parties who cast doubt on the accuracy of the report.
